Mohamad (Alex) Daher is the Chairman and co-founder of 3MD, Inc. a family-owned portfolio of businesses based in Redmond, Washington that includes Denali Advanced Integration, a global technology integrator.

Mohamad has been a life-long entrepreneur with a proven track-record of demonstrated successes. His passion for building companies was born out of necessity when his Kuwait-based family became displaced during the first Gulf War. In order to provide for his family and bring them to the United States, Mohamad and his brothers created their first business, Microstandard Distributors, and thus created the foundation for 3MD, Inc and Denali.

In 2014, Mohamad was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and his companies are routinely recognized for delivering outstanding business outcomes and being a leader in corporate social responsibility in the Puget Sound region.

Most recently, Puget Sound Business Journal named Denali to various prestigious awards including: 2019 Largest Private Companies, Middle Market Fast 50, Corporate Philanthropy List Makers and Washington’s Largest Family-Owned Companies.

Denali is also recognized as a leader in enterprise technology and has received numerous industry accolades including: The Channel Company’s Solution Provider 500, Tech Elite 250 and Managed Service Provider 500 to name a few.

Mohamad and the Daher family make giving back to the community a priority by holding their annual Denali Dash event to benefit Seattle Children’s Hospital. Since its founding in 1992, Denali has been active in providing a hand up to the community through philanthropic initiatives. Denali has contributed more than $5 million to non-profit organizations over the past 27 years.

Mohamad and his wife reside in Bellevue where they enjoy exercising and the great outdoors. They have two sons who are pursuing their passions and looking to make an impact in their communities. Their oldest is a software developer and recent graduate of University of Southern California where their youngest son is currently enrolled. Mohamad graduated from the University of Portland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Design Engineering.

As founder and Board Member, Majdi Daher has grown Denali Advanced Integration from a local systems integrator to a global Enterprise IT company. Denali's success can be attributed to a strong corporate culture with family values and deep investments in relationships with customers and technology partners. 

Due to Majdi’s vision and thought leadership, he consistently recruits and retains the top talent in the industry to help advance the strategic goals of Denali and its customers.

In 2014, Majdi received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was named one of the Top 25 Disruptors on CRN’s Top 100 IT Executive List. 

His passion for innovation is coupled with a strong conviction for community involvement. He has developed a culture within Denali that thrives on making the communities around us a better place. In 2019, Denali reached the $5 Million mark for charitable contributions since the company’s inception. Denali was recently named to the prestigious Puget Sound Business Journal Corporate Philanthropists List for community impact and charitable giving. Daher passionately believes that technology impacts businesses and lives, transforming how people communicate, conduct business, provide healthcare and community services.

Majdi has served on various boards including the board at City University board and the Evergreen Healthcare Foundation, receiving their 2009 Annual Spirit of Giving Award. He is also a key contributor on Seattle Children’s Research Institute’s Corporate Leadership Council and is a member of the Board of Governors for The World Trade Center of Seattle. 

In 2019 and 2020, Majdi was named to the exclusive Puget Sound Business Journal Power 100 list for playing an integral role in the economic growth of the region.  

Sharing his business insights, Daher advises small, medium and start-up businesses on advisory boards alongside some of Denali’s most prominent technology partners. Since 2009 he has served on HP’s Small and Medium Business Council. In 2010, his focus on growing the company’s healthcare IT capabilities lead to the Healthcare Integrator of the Year Award by Computer Reseller News (CRN) being presented to Denali.

Daher lives with his wife and two daughters in the Eastside of the Puget Sound Metro Region where he enjoys playing soccer, golf and other outdoor activities. Daher graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology.

Mitch Daher is a co-founder of Denali Advanced Integration’s parent company 3MD Inc. In addition to being a founding member, Mitch is also a key contributor on the board of directors for Denali.

Mitch began his career at the semi-conductor company Micron Technology, Inc. as an R&D engineer. He quickly established himself as a rising star in the organization and obtained numerous patents in the semi-conductor industry. As an engineer, Mitch was always in pursuit of new challenges, so he leveraged his successes, connections and abilities to follow a path of entrepreneurship. 

In 1992, in addition to launching Denali with his brothers Alex and Majdi, he also started Atlas Pallets in Nampa, Idaho. Atlas Pallets was a warehouse logistics company that manufactured pallets to help expedite shipping and facilitate commerce. Mitch also has a track-record of acquiring businesses and making them profitable. After improving operations to increase efficiency and revenue, Mitch sold Grantwood Doors and Cabinets in 2005, a once struggling business in Caldwell, Idaho to focus on building a real estate portfolio.

Mitch’s passion for real estate began in 2008, when acting on behalf of the Daher family, he acquired a stake in an information service for investors and helped navigate the company and its’ clients through various challenges during the economic recession. Today, Mitch oversees several real-estate businesses with a diverse portfolio that is among the most prominent in the Pacific Northwest.

Mitch currently lives with his wife and daughter in Boise, Idaho although he finds himself in Seattle on a regular basis. Their son is currently enrolled at University of San Diego. Daher graduated from the University of Portland in 1989 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Robert Vrij currently serves as CEO at Denali, a global Enterprise IT company. 

Robert has more than 30 years of industry experience, and in addition to his work with Denali, he is currently serving as a board member for Congruex.

Prior to these roles, Robert was Senior Vice President of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Managing Director of HPE Americas, where he was responsible for leading all aspects of enterprise sales, revenue growth and customer satisfaction across the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. 

He also spent five years at Alcatel-Lucent USA as Executive Vice President and Chief of Global Sales and Marketing. In these roles he was responsible for direct and indirect sales in 145 countries -managing $15 Billion in sales, as well as global alliances, marketing, and communications. 

Earlier in his career, Robert spent nearly a decade at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, advancing from sales management to become President and CEO of Lucent Technologies for EMEA. He has also run a small to mid-size public company and worked as an executive at companies such as Openwave Systems, a provider of software application and infrastructure, and Genband, an IP solutions and services provider. 

Robert has extensive international business experience, having lived, and worked in Europe and the U.S.  He completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Southwest Texas State University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University in Houston, Texas.

Jen brings over 20 years of marketing and organizational leadership in Enterprise Fortune 100 companies. 

Prior to joining Denali, Jen was the Vice President of Marketing for Samsung’s Mobile business in the US. Jen also led Marketing Communications for Hewlett-Packard’s Americas Channel Organization working with top industry leaders to drive a channel first strategy resulting in accelerated business growth. In addition, Jen has held leadership positions in Sales Operations, Global Sales Enablement, Strategic Planning and has been instrumental in building new go-to-market strategies. Most recently, Jen operated her own business, Point5 Marketing and Business Services.

Jen volunteers her time leading young women youth groups providing guidance and mentorship developing future women leaders with a focus on service. In addition, Jen enjoys time in the outdoors with her husband, three adult children and grand-daughter traveling, hiking and boating.

Bill Barry

Prior to joining Denali, he was Senior Vice President of Integration Solutions at CompuCom, responsible for leading Hardware, Software, and Professional Services business. Bill was also responsible for Sales, Supply Chain, Integration Center Operations, Client Services and Professional Service engagements.

Mr. Barry has 30+ years of experience in the IT industry, and has served in a number of executive management positions while at CompuCom, ultimately serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Bill has also been a sales leader at DocuCorp (now part of Oracle) and BancTec Systems. He began his career at Keystone Information Systems as a Programmer/Systems Analyst.

Bill and his wife Terri reside in Plano, Texas

Justin brings a proven record of leading large automation business units to double-digit, year-over-year growth. He comes to Denali from a nationally recognized robotics solution provider, Olympus Controls. He also founded Pacific-iD, a systems integrator of machine vision, barcode, RFID technology, which won the Code Award and National Application of the Year.

Justin has 25 years of experience in automation, including fixed industrial scanning, machine vision and robotics. His expertise includes obtaining high-end customer accounts, managing territories, leading teams, business units and channels of distribution. 

Justin lives in Renton WA with his wife, Elizabeth, His two children attend Justin’s alma mater, the University of Arizona. For fun, he enjoys live music, wine tasting, and travel.

As Vice President of Global Operations, Lisanne Schliemann oversees global logistics, warehouse and material operations. In addition, she has responsibility for developing and overseeing sales operations including vendor alliance, sales support, procurement, contract administration, and customer service.

Lisanne has over 10+ years of experience in the high-tech sector. Prior to joining Denali, Lisanne spent a number of years with Cisco Systems where she held multiple roles within the channel organization. Prior to Cisco, Lisanne worked for United Technologies Corporation handling supply chain and procurement.

Lisanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business. She currently resides in Woodinville, WA with her family where she enjoys various outdoor sports activities.

Vice President of Human Resources, Jennifer Sprague has been with Denali since 2001 serving in her current position since January 2007.

She leads the coordination, planning, and implementation of employee relations for more than 400 staff members. Her areas of responsibility include human resource management services, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and employee programs.

Jennifer is an active member of The Society for Human Resource Management and has more than 12 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Denali in 2001, she was employed by New Edge Networks and coordinated the service contractors training and project management across 5 states.

Jennifer has been a native to the Pacific Northwest all of her life.
