The scope of the Quality Management System applies to the design, engineering, supply chain management, warehousing, and shipping of integrated technology solutions.

Beginning with a clear definition of customer’s expectations, we strive to consistently meet or exceed them. We adhere to all applicable standards and customer specific requirements and endeavor to provide processes that ensure we achieve this in order to build a robust and world class business.

Executive Leadership is accountable for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing the Quality Management System and this Quality Policy. This policy is communicated, understood, and applied throughout the organization, and all employees and relevant partners contribute to achieving quality objectives and consistent customer outcomes.

We believe we have a responsibility to the environment we live and work in. Since 1992, we have been delivering enterprise IT solutions and services, helping customers with digital transformation and complex IT challenges.

While our core service has a hand in sustainability by reducing reliance on paper, shipping, and travel while making everything more efficient, we go beyond that. We’ve adopted the highest standards of environmental conservation as a core part of our business strategy and operating model.

Our Goals to Reduce Emissions

  • We will reduce our intensity Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 10% across main business operations by 2030 on a 2023 base year.
  • We commit to reporting to the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and to Ecovadis for 2023, while creating solutions that protect the environment, operational sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our business.
