As founder and CEO, Majdi Daher has grown Denali Advanced Integration from a small scale operation to a global Enterprise IT company. Denali's success can be attributed to a strong corporate culture with family values and deep investments in relationships with customers and technology partners.
Due to Majdi’s vision and thought leadership, he consistently recruits and retains the top talent in the industry to help advance the strategic goals of Denali and its customers.
In 2014, Majdi received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was named one of the Top 25 Disruptors on CRN’s Top 100 IT Executive List.
His passion for innovation is coupled with a strong conviction for community involvement. He has developed a culture within Denali that thrives on making the communities around us a better place. In 2018, Denali reached the $4.5 Million mark for charitable contributions since the company’s inception. Denali was recently named to the prestigious Puget Sound Business Journal Corporate Philanthropists List for community impact and charitable giving. Daher passionately believes that technology impacts businesses and lives, transforming how people communicate, conduct business, provide healthcare and community services.
Majdi has served on various boards including the board at City University board and the Evergreen Healthcare Foundation, receiving their 2009 Annual Spirit of Giving Award. He is also a key contributor on Seattle Children’s Research Institute’s Corporate Leadership Council among others.
Sharing his business insights, Daher advises small, medium and start-up businesses on advisory boards alongside some of Denali’s most prominent technology partners. Since 2009 he has served on HP’s Small and Medium Business Council. In 2010, his focus on growing the company’s healthcare IT capabilities lead to the Healthcare Integrator of the Year Award by Computer Reseller News (CRN) being presented to Denali.
Daher lives with his wife and two daughters in the Eastside of the Puget Sound Metro Region where he enjoys playing soccer, golf and other outdoor activities. Daher graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology.
Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Alliances Bill Barry leads Denali’s global sales organization.
Prior to joining Denali, he was Senior Vice President of Integration Solutions at CompuCom, responsible for leading Hardware, Software, and Professional Services business. Bill was also responsible for Sales, Supply Chain, Integration Center Operations, Client Services and Professional Service engagements.
Mr. Barry has 30+ years of experience in the IT industry, and has served in a number of executive management positions while at CompuCom, ultimately serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Bill has also been a sales leader at DocuCorp (now part of Oracle) and BancTec Systems. He began his career at Keystone Information Systems as a Programmer/Systems Analyst.
Bill and his wife Terri reside in Plano, Texas
As Vice President of Global Operations, Lisanne Schliemann oversees global logistics, warehouse and material operations. In addition, she has responsibility for developing and overseeing sales operations including vendor alliance, sales support, procurement, contract administration, and customer service.
Lisanne has over 10+ years of experience in the high-tech sector. Prior to joining Denali, Lisanne spent a number of years with Cisco Systems where she held multiple roles within the channel organization. Prior to Cisco, Lisanne worked for United Technologies Corporation handling supply chain and procurement.
Lisanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business. She currently resides in Woodinville, WA with her family where she enjoys various outdoor sports activities.
Clayton Daffron (CCIE) is the director of solution architecture at Denali Advanced Integration. He has 15 years of IT experience, including seven in the enterprise sales organization at Cisco Systems, supporting large customers in the Pacific Northwest.
Most recently, Daffron managed Cisco’s presales engineering team, leading the team and his customers through a period of industry disruption, increasing competition, and digital transformation.
Prior to Cisco, Daffron worked in architecture and engineering on the customer side, and those years of experience guide his approach to every customer engagement.
Vice President of Client Services, Pam Tammen manages the services organization operating in the Pacific Northwest for Denali. Her team offers the capabilities of a national firm with the convenience and personal touch of a local, community-focused company. One of Denali Advanced Integration’s first employees, Pam has helped build the foundation for Denali’s services organization and continues to deepen relationship with clients as a strategic IT advisor.
Prior to Denali, Pam helped establish new service organizations for companies such as CompuCom, Novaquest and Sarcom.
Pam resides in Woodinville, Washington, with her family. Her son is committed to performance art and enjoys hunting. Her daughter excels academically and enjoys the outdoor sports of cross country and snowboarding.
As Vice President for Consulting and Managed Services Tracy Smith has responsibility for a wide breadth of managed services from Service Desk operations to fully managed Information Technology Services and support.
Tracy has 20+ years of experience across several industries including government contracting, systems implementations, systems development, healthcare Information Technology leadership, and consulting.
Tracy brings a strong client focus, is data driven, and concentrates on strategic process improvements.
He holds an MBA, is a Project Manager Professional (PMP), and lives in Issaquah with his wife and their three children.
As Vice President of Marketing and Alliances, Ahmad leverages more than 15 years of experience as a marketing thought leader to set the direction for Denali's global go-to-market strategy, brand and content programs. Ahmad also works closely with Denali's community and technology partners to better align strategies and create positive momentum.
Prior to joining Denali, he was a key contributor to the marketing organizations at Microsoft, GE and most recently as the Director of Marketing at Caradigm (a GE Healthcare Company).
Ahmad is very active with the Seattle Urban Academy and the United Way of King County and is always looking for new ways to support the underserved in our local communities. He is an active member of the Providence O’Christmas Trees Board which supports Providence Senior and Community Services by raising millions of dollars annually, along with supporting the Evergreen Healthcare Foundation and the Seattle Children’s Research Institute’s Corporate Leadership Council.
Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature and Communications from the University of Washington. He is also an accomplished musician and public speaker.
He currently resides in Maple Valley, Washington with his wife Stephanie, their two children Wylan and Maya and their dog Bailey.
Nate Beck is the Chief Technologist at Denali Advanced Integration. In this role, he helps set the technical initiatives and direction that the company undergoes, as well as validating potential new partnerships. In addition, he leads the team of principal and solution architects as they build and design solutions for Denali’s customers.
Nate has more than 18 years of experience in technology, ranging from management to systems integration, network design and architecture. He is a technical thought leader and brings with him a deep knowledge in all aspects of technology, including Hybrid Clouds, Software Defined Data Centers, as well as networking and virtualization.
Nate is also a member of the VMware vExpert community, Dell EMC Elect, as well as the Cisco Champions program and various industry technical and advisory boards. He currently holds many advanced vendor certifications which include the Cisco CCIE Data Center.
Nate currently resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife and kids. He is active with various veteran’s outreach programs, such as the VFW and American Legion.
Director of Human Resources, Jennifer Sprague has been with Denali since 2001 serving in her current position since January 2007.
She leads the coordination, planning, and implementation of employee relations for more than 400 staff members. Her areas of responsibility include human resource management services, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and employee programs.
Jennifer is an active member of The Society for Human Resource Management and has more than 12 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Denali in 2001, she was employed by New Edge Networks and coordinated the service contractors training and project management across 5 states.
Jennifer has been a native to the Pacific Northwest all of her life.
As Managing Director in Europe, Middle East and Asia, Trevor Greenaway is responsible for Denali’s business development and execution strategy in those regions. Trevor has more than 25 years of experience as a sales and marketing leader in Telecommunications and IT.
Prior to joining Denali, he spent the last 14 years as the Founder and Managing Director of 4Sight Systems, a leading sales consultancy firm in Europe. Trevor also spent ten years at Cisco Systems where he held various key roles, including Head of Service Provider Product Marketing for EMEA and GM for Cisco Middle East based in Dubai.
Trevor holds an Honor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Brighton University in the United Kingdom.
Trevor lives in Henley On Thames in the UK with his wife and three sons.
As Managing Director in India, Anshu Kapoor is responsible for Denali’s business development and execution strategy in India. Anshu has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles in the IT industry.
Prior to joining Denali, Anshu spent 12 years at HPM Networks (USA) as the senior director for their subsidiary in India, HPM Technologies Pvt Ltd. Anshu delivered services to HPM’s US-based clients and helped establish programs to successfully fulfil and manage their IT needs.
Anshu holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from renowned Delhi University.
He currently resides in New Delhi, India with his wife of 29 years Rita and daughter Tanisha. His oldest daughter Aarushi is married and lives in Kuwait with her family.
