Denali Advanced Integration has terminated its Chief Technology Officer, Michael Leeper, who had been on leave in order to focus his energies on defending legal claims against him.
“In conducting our own investigation into claims made by Columbia Sportswear, we discovered that Mike violated Denali policy through his use of a personal laptop that he acquired while employed by Columbia, and that he had used for his work at Columbia,” said CEO Majdi Daher. “This violation spurred his termination.”

Denali and its Chief Technology Officer, Michael Leeper, have been named in a lawsuit initiated by Columbia Sportswear. Denali is working diligently to understand the complaint and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
“These claims astonish us, and they in no way reflect Denali or its values. This is not who we are,” said CEO Majdi Daher. “We look forward to illuminating the facts, and to demonstrating Denali’s integrity.”
Denali Advanced Integration Raises Record $70K For Seattle Children's Hospital, System Integrator's Philanthropic Contributions Hit $4M.
Sienna Braun, who has fought a two-year battle with cancer, and her mom and dad, all participated in the Dash -- which raised $70,000 for Seattle Children's Hospital -- a new record for the annual event. The charitable donation also marked a major milestone in the philanthropy efforts of Denali. With the funds raised from the Dash, Denali has contributed $4 million in a variety of community organizations since its founding 24 years ago by Denali CEO Majdi Daher and his brother Mohamad.
