Denali Advanced Integration headquarters are located in Redmond, Washington, adjacent to Marymoor Park. We also have an Oregon office located in downtown Portland. Denali is a company of 3MD, Inc. (3MD), a privately held Washington State corporation. 3MD is a holding company for multiple operations, including Denali Advanced Integration (Denali) with over 275 employees focused on IT consulting, IT supply chain management, and providing IT solutions that span from the largest enterprises to small business. Denali is able to leverage the expertise of each of these operating divisions in order to act as a single vendor providing comprehensive IT services and solutions to customers.

This location became home to our operations in 2003 and has become an integral part of Denali's service to our customers, with over 250 technical and system engineers, assembly, configuration, warehouse, operations, customer service and enterprise sales staff.

The company has grown continuously since its inception has become one of the leading mid-sized companies in the Northwest region. Customer Service

Denali Customer Service Representatives (CSR), in collaboration with your Client Executive, serve as the day-to-day liaison between your needs and products services. You have a designated lead CSR who maintains your preferences, order history, company standards and communication links. Additionally, there is a team of additional CSR's that have full access to the same information and provide continuity of service if needed. Your CSR is trained and ready to complete all of the services listed here:

  • Needs analysis and recommendations to assist your employees in selecting and ordering the appropriate model and type of equipment to meet your needs.
  • Price quotations for all products prior to purchase order.
  • Provide order status for all orders including expected delivery dates when requested.
  • Check order accuracy and verify/adjust part numbers to ensure on-time delivery and correct items for need.
  • Provide tracking information of orders requested by your employees.
  • Process all return requests, damaged product shipments and RMA requests.
  • Communicate and provide product road maps to customer employees as requested.
  • Delivery of manufacturer product bulletins and information sheets as they become available for relevant products.
  • Request additions of new products to manufacturer "big deal" authorization letters and other special pricing mechanisms.
  • Provide assistance with billing questions when requested.
  • Manage communication of and workaround solutions for manufacturing product backorders and parts constraints.
  • Assist customers in ordering demonstration products and evaluations from manufacturers.
  • Provide information on customer-owned equipment and its status within Denali's distribution and configuration center.

Warehouse and Distribution Services

Denali's Warehouse/Distribution Services provide options for our customers to allow for the most cost-effective and efficient delivery of products. Denali recognizes there are many obstacles facing today’s technology departments including space constraints, inventory control and the ability to have just-in-time inventory. We work with you to understand your requirements for each project, and then provide a customized solution for your order process, hot-spare programs, company standards and delivery requirements for your company.

Denali maintains a diverse fleet of delivery vehicles from vans, to cube trucks, to semi-trailers, if required. We offer same-day, next day or ground deliveries as required to meet your project goals. We are also proud of our ability to meet specific delivery times and procedures if required to meet unique requirements.

Image Management Services

Denali's Imaging and Image Management Services creates and maintains all necessary desktop, laptop and server images based on standards set forth by each customer. We proactively ensure that all systems being deployed have the appropriate drivers, the firmware revisions and specialty applications required by the IT department. Denali can create a single, customer base image, allowing for the consolidation of numerous images into one standard. We are also able to manage multiple images for each customer based on the individual requirements.

Denali provides imaging services on all hardware platforms. This service is custom designed for each individual customer. A 48-hour burn-in is completed for all hardware and any failed parts are replaced prior to deployment. Imaging of the devices will meet strict quality controls to meet all customer requirements. Our configuration team follows industry best practices for image processing, while allowing for specific unique, customer specific requirements.

Repair Team

Denali's Service Repair Team is ready to assist our customers with all of their warranty and out-of-warranty needs. We have certified engineers for all Tier-1 products, as well as specialty certifications required by our customers. Our experienced staff is responsible for tracking and maintaining all service requests initiated by our customers. They will also coordinate repairs that have to be sent to outside vendors for exchange or repair. Warranty activity reports are able to be customized and provided on a weekly or monthly basis. This allows for the capability to track and monitor all open calls, as well as status for each call. Each customer is provided a dedicated team of engineers in order to ensure consistent delivery of service. This allows our customers to create a repeatable process for field technicians to repair equipment on-site in a timely predictable manner.

Disposal Services

Denali's Equipment Disposal service provides an inventory and removal of all old or obsolete devices from our customers' facilities. We take the equipment to the Denali warehouse in Redmond, where it is prepared for disposal or resale as directed by our customer. The service includes removing all property and identification tags, destruction of data with industry standard techniques and processes, and palletizing all items for pickup and disposal. Typically, Denali will engage with legal, financial and technology departments to ensure that the specific expectations and requirements for each discipline are met and carried out fully.

Denali maintains a list of worthy charities, schools and community organizations that are interested in participating in such programs. We are able to facilitate agreements between all parties involved.
